摘    要:轮边制动器不仅能够用于平时的刹车制动,且在突遇诸如强风等载荷时能够做到快速响应,是起重机的常用配置。文中基于多体动力学模型建立了轮边制动器作用下的起重机抗风防滑动力学模型,研究轮边制动器作用下的起重机抗风防滑的制动机理,以及摩擦系数改变对起重机抗风防滑的影响,给出了起重机轮边制动器配置的经济性与有效性的分布图。

Abstract:As a common device of cranes,a wheel-side brake can not only be used for braking at ordinary times,but also respond quickly when encountering loads such as strong winds.Based on a multi-body dynamic model,a wind-resistant and anti-skid dynamic model of cranes subject to wheel-side brakes is established.The braking mechanism of wind-resistant and anti-skid of cranes under the action of wheel-side brakes and the influence of changes of friction coefficient on wind-resistant and anti-skid performance of cranes are studied.A figure on economy and effectiveness of wheel-side brakes of cranes is given.
