摘    要:基于机组热平衡图和改进弗留格尔公式,建立了汽轮机定功率变工况计算模型.以某超临界620MW机组为研究对象,75%THA工况和50%THA工况下典型参数的计算结果与设计值相比误差均小于1%.运用所建立的定功率变工况计算模型研究了THA、75%THA和50%THA工况下加热器端差、抽气管道压损、加热器旁路泄漏量以及加热器事...

Abstract:A constant power variable condition calculating model was proposed based on heat balance diagram and modified Flügel formula.The variable condition calculating model was applied to a supercritical 620MW unit.The comparison of calculated results and designed values of typical parameters for 75%THA and 50%THA condition indicates the deviation is smaller than 1%.The influence of temperature difference of heaters,pressure loss of extraction steam pipes,leakage of heater bypass valves and leakage of heater emergency draining valves on the heat rate of unit for THA,75%THA and 50%THA condition has been investigated.The detailed values and variation law of the effect of above four parameters on heat rate were obtained.The results can be utilized to estimate the influence values of variation of regenerative system operating condition on the heat rate and provide theoretical basis for energy saving diagnosis and repair of unit.
