摘    要:通过对汽轮机热耗基本定义公式的关键参数的小偏差影响分析,推导出了汽轮机高压缸、中压缸、低压缸各缸效率变化对汽轮机热耗影响的计算方法.利用CLN600-24.2/566/566汽轮机THA工况的数据对公式进行了试算,并与汽轮机制造厂热力特性书中的相关数据进行了对比,验证了计算方法的精度,并对误差原因进行了分析.计算方法的...

Study on Calculation Method of Influence of Turbine Cylinder Efficiency Change on Heat Consumption Rate

Abstract:This paper analyzes the influence of small deviations on the key parameters of the basic definition formula of steam turbine heat rate,and derives a calculation method for the influence of the efficiency changes of the steam turbine high pressure cylinder,medium pressure cylinder,and low pressure cylinder on the heat rate of the turbine.The formula was tested on the basis of CLN600-24.2/566/566 steam turbine THA conditions,and compared with the relevant data in the thermal characteristics book of the steam turbine manufacturer,the accuracy of the calculation method was verified,and the cause of the error was analyzed.The accuracy of the calculation method can meet the requirements of performance diagnosis and analysis of conventional steam turbines,and it can conveniently and quickly calculate the effect of the efficiency change of each cylinder of the steam turbine on the heat rate.
