结合陕西省调查的实践,探讨了用户满意度测评数据处理系统的需求分析与设计。文章提出了确定综合满意度数值的赋权值序列方法,综合满意度的生成层次,数据处理的主要内容,数据的编码、录入、归并流程,以及数据库设计的E-R图表示和程序模块结构。文章最后就项目实施过程中的问题进行了总结。

The paper studies,according to the practices of Shaanxi province,the analysis and design of data process system of Customer Satisfaction Index Test.It presents approaches of righting data string in order to compute the general index.It also presents process flow in handling data.At last,it gives a brief conclusion of the process.
