| 摘 要： | 通过对硫磺回收装置尾气炉前端腐蚀产生的条件及腐蚀机理进行分析,指出炉内前端无保护衬里是造成炉体腐蚀的直接原因,主要表现为露点腐蚀和硫化物应力腐蚀开裂。适当提高尾气入口温度、加强工艺管理和采用渗铝板进行包补是防止腐蚀的有效措施。

| Abstract: | The analysis of corrosion conditions and corrosion mechanisms of the front hearth of sulfur recovery tail gas furnace indicated that no application of the lining in the front hearth was the direct cause of the corrosion, which was indicated by dew point corrosion and sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC). Properly increasing the furnace inlet temperature, strengthening the process management and selection of aluminum diffused plates could effectively protect the corrosion. |
