不同产地枸杞子主要成分及体外抗氧化活性比较分析

摘    要:对黄河三角洲、甘肃和陕西枸杞子的总多糖、总黄酮、总多酚、氨基酸及芦丁、东莨菪内酯、咖啡酸、绿原酸、甜菜碱5 种活性成分的含量进行检测。结果表明,黄河三角洲和陕西枸杞子的总多糖含量显著高于甘肃枸杞子(P<0.05),约是甘肃枸杞子的2 倍;黄河三角洲枸杞子的总多酚含量显著高于甘肃和陕西枸杞子(P<0.05),约是陕西枸杞子的1.5 倍;甘肃枸杞子的总黄酮、总氨基酸、芦丁和甜菜碱含量显著高于其他两地的枸杞子(P<0.05)。体外抗氧化试验表明,3 个产地枸杞子都具有较强的体外抗氧化能力,黄河三角洲枸杞子的DPPH 自由基清除能力、ABTS+自由基清除能力均高于甘肃和陕西枸杞子。

Abstract:The contents of total polysaccharides,total flavonoids,total polyphenols,amino acids and five active ingredients including rutin,scopoletin,caffeic acid,chlorogenic acid and betaine of Lycium barbarum fruits from the Yellow River delta,Gansu and Shaanxi were detected.The results showed that the total polysaccharide content of Lycium barbarum fruits in the Yellow River delta and Shaanxi was significantly higher than that in Gansu,which was about twice that of Lycium barbarum fruits in Gansu.The total polyphenol content of Lycium barbarum fruits in the Yellow River delta was significantly higher than that in Gansu and Shaanxi,which was about 1.5 times of that in Shaanxi.The contents of total flavonoids,amino acids,rutin and betaine of Lycium barbarum fruits in Gansu were significantly higher than those in other two places.In vitro antioxidant experiments showed that Lycium barbarum fruits from three producing areas all had strong in vitro antioxidant capacity,and the DPPH· scavenging capacity and ABTS+· scavenging capacity of Lycium barbarum fruits from Yellow River delta were higher than those from Gansu and Shaanxi.
