二聚儿茶素-噁唑烷鞣法与革收缩前后的组织形态

摘    要:研究了二聚儿茶素和噁唑烷单独鞣制,儿茶素-噁唑烷、噁唑烷-儿茶素2种鞣制顺序以及儿茶素-噁唑烷在体外形成模块后用来鞣制浸酸绵羊皮,通过测定每种鞣法得到坯革的Ts,研究了不同鞣剂对坯革的耐湿热稳定性的影响;最后通过电子扫描显微镜(SEM)对这些坯革收缩前后的形态做了进一步观察。结果显示:儿茶素-噁唑烷这一顺序得到坯革的耐湿热稳定性最好,观察到的未收缩样品的SEM的纤维排列更紧实均匀;而且无论使用哪种鞣法,坯革收缩以后的纤维均不如收缩前均匀,而且收缩后的纤维堆积到一起,被打散的胶原纤维散布在皮内部。

Abstract:Using sole dimeric-catechin and oxazolidine as the tanning agents,the two different tanning sequence with dimeric-catechin and oxazolidin and the Matrix from dimeric-catechin and oxazolidine to tan the pickled sheep skin.By testing the shrinkage temperature(Ts) of the leather,the affection of different tanning agents on the hydrothermal stability of leather was studied.At last,the modalities of different leather samples including the shrinked and unshrinked were observed with Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).The results show that the dimeric-catechin-oxazolidine tanning sequence has the best tanning property.And whatever the tanning agent is,the fiber of samples which unshrinked is more even than that of shrinked.
