通过追溯城市意象的含义,运用城市意象中的＂五要素理论＂,定量与定性相结合,分析了重庆三峡广场的设计中的得失,总结得出城市商业步行广场的意象设计规律,以指导设计人员更好地认识城市、分析城市、设计城市、改造城市。

On elements for city image of Sanxia square in Chongqing

According to the definition of the city image,the paper adopts the five elements theory of the city image and the combination of the quantitative and qualitative,analyzes the achievements and the loss in the design for Sanxia square in Chongqing,and sums up the image design law for the commercial pedestrian square in cities,so as to direct the design personnel to have better understanding,analyzing,designing and reforming of the cities.
