高压输变电设施低频噪声特性研究与限值的确定

摘    要:通过高压输变电设施现场的测试,剖析变电站设备和高压输电线路的噪声等级及频谱特性。利用语义细分法和等级评分法对典型输变电设施噪声进行人体感受调查试验。提出高压输变电设施低频噪声限值,为未来参与制定科学的低频噪声环保限值标准提供依据,具有一定的社会和经济意义。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the noise characteristics of the high voltage power facilities. we can understand the noise level and frequency spectrum characteristics of the substation equipment and high voltage transmission line through the field test.Another test about the typical transmission facilities for noise of human feeling also investigated by using methods of semantic segmentation and ranking and scoring. Based on this,the low frequency noise limit of the high voltage transmission facilities was put forward.It provide basis for making the environmental protection standard of low-frequency noise limit scientific for the future,which had great social and economic significance.
