电动单梁起重机主梁制造工艺的改进

摘    要:以LD10 t - 19.5 m型电动单梁起重机主梁为研究对象,在对原有U形槽成型工艺分析的基础上,提出了新的生产工艺和新型主梁截面形状,建立主梁三维模型,并应用SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析工具,对不同截面形状的主梁进行有限元分析.结果表明,工艺改进后新型截面形状的主梁刚度和强度明显提高.

Abstract:With the girder of LD10 t-19. 5 m electric single-girder crane as a research object, and based on the mold- ing process analysis of original U-groove, new production process and new girder section shape are proposed in the paper and girder 3D model is established. With the software of SolidWorks Simulation, the finite element analysis of girders with different section shapes is performed. The result shows that stiffness and strength of the girder with the impmvedsection shape increase significantly.
