摘    要:通过测定T300、PE、M40系列纤维单丝电阻率,对电路板式四点法的测试精确性和重复性进行了验证,并且研究了导电胶、纤维直径的离散性对测试精度的影响。结果表明:电路板式四点法具有很好的测试精确性和可重复性;体电阻率小的导电胶能有效提高测试精度;沥青基炭纤维的电阻率随着其直径在小范围增大而增大。

Abstract:The accuracy and repeatability of circuit plate four-point technique was checked via the resistivity testing of carbon fiber monofilaments of T300, PE, M40. And the effects of conductive paint, fiber diameter dispersion on the accuracy were studied. The results show that the measurement is considerably precise and can be repeated, that conductive paint, bulk resistivity of which is small, may enhance the testing accuracy. Additionally, the results reveal that the resistivity of carbon fiber increases with increasing the diameter in a small range.
