| 摘 要： | 介绍一种基于西门子WinCC 6.0组态软件、S7- 300 PLC以及Profibus - DP现场总线的固体热物料输送自动化控制系统；分析了热物料输送的工艺流程,根据工艺流程设置了监控管理级、现场级以及控制网络的形成；介绍了各系统的软、硬件构成及其性能特点,阐述了系统工作的基本原理和控制流程.

| Abstract: | The paper introduces an automatic control system for hot solid material conveying based on Siemens WinCC 6.0 Configuration Software, S7-300 PLC and Profibus-DP field bus, and analyzes the process flow of hot material conve- ying. The monitoring management level, field level and control network are set according to the process flow. Furthermore, the paper introduces the software and hardware structures in different systems and their performance features, and presents basic principles and control procedures for the system operation. |
