摘    要:大型造船门式起重机作为船坞区分段合拢必不可少的起重设备,近几年有着向超大跨度、超大起重量方向发展的趋势.设计中如何有效减轻自重,对整机造价的节省显得尤为重要.本文通过采用有限元分析方法对整机结构进行优化,取得了初步的成效.

Abstract:As essential hoisting equipment for hull segment gathering together, the large scale shipbuilding gantry crane is developed in the tendency of super large span and super large hoisting capacity. How to effectively reduce the self weight is a very important problem in the design for saving the cost of the whole machine. The paper introduces the optimal design of the whole machine by finite element analysis method, which has achieved some initial outcome.
