交流驱动蓄电池叉车调速控制系统的设计

摘    要:随着变频技术的进步,交流电动机驱动系统逐渐成为蓄电池叉车未来的发展趋势.48V/500A交流调速控制系统以C164CI微处理器为控制核心,采用转差频率控制和空间电压矢量脉宽调制技术(SVPWM)相结合的控制方法,通过电流、转速双闭环控制系统实现变频调速.实验证明该系统运行良好,调速精度较高,稳定性较好.

Abstract:With the progress of frequency conversion technology, battery forklift truck with AC motor is gradually be- coming future development tendency. With the C164CI microprocessor as the control core, and by the control method of combining the slip frequency control with space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology, 48V/500A AC speed control system realizes the variable frequency speed regulation through current and rotating speed double-loop control system. The experiment proves that the system is in excellent running, of high speed regulating accuracy and good stability.
