摘    要:在研究往复压缩机气阀、活塞环、活塞支撑环等关键部件故障机理基础上,建立了示功图、活塞杆下沉量监测的量化数学模型;研究了往复压缩机常见故障逻辑决断方法,建立了往复压缩机专家诊断系统并应用于设备维修决策。

Abstract:Based on the failure mechanism researches of valve,piston ring,rider band and other key spare parts of reciprocation com-pressor,the PV-Signature and rod drop measurements mathematical model is built.The logic decision mechanism of fault diagnosis is studied,and a kind of fault diagnosis expert system for maintenance decision-making is established.
