基于MSC.Fatigue的汽车横向稳定杆疲劳可靠性仿真及试验研究

摘    要:基于传统汽车稳定杆疲劳可靠性设计偏于保守,造成疲劳设计缺乏科学依据、开发周期长、零件过于笨重、疲劳可靠性低等情况,提出将疲劳可靠性方法与疲劳有限元设计方法相结合,利用专业疲劳分析软件MSC.Fatigue,建立汽车稳定杆有限元模型,利用有限元方法计算其最小疲劳寿命和寿命分布,从而得到稳定杆的受力、危险部位、疲劳寿命等情况.稳定杆疲劳试验表明,预估结果与试验结果相吻合,为汽车稳定杆的材料选择、结构优化、疲劳设计提供了参考.

Abstract:Based on the situation that the traditional fatigue reliability design of automotive stabilizer bar is rather conservative, which results in the lack of scientific basis in fatigue design, longer development period, cumbersome components, low fatigue reliability, etc. , this paper puts forward the combination method of fatigue reliability and fatigue finite element design. The finite element model of automotive stabilizer bar is built by the special fatigue analysis software MSC. Fatigue in the paper, and the minimum fatigue life and life. distribution are calculated by finite element method in order to figure out the loading condition, dangerous position and fatigue life of the stabilizer bar. The fatigue test of the stabilizer bar shows that the estimated result agrees with the experimental one. It provides reference for the stabilizer bar's material selection, structure optimization and fatigue design.
