摘    要:通过对长距离、大功率带式输送机3种驱动方式的技术经济比较,得出高压变频器驱动方式不仅在带式输送机起动方面有优良的性能,在运行方面也能满足输送机频繁重载起制动、频繁切换工况、小流量输料等生产特点,而且高效节能.

Abstract:By technical economical comparison of three drive modes of long-distance high-power beh conveyors, this paper proves that the drive mode of high voltage frequency converter has excellent performance in start-up of the belt con- veyor, and for the operation aspect it can meet requirements of frequent heavy-loaded start-up and braking, and frequent switching conditions, as well as small flow material conveying. In addition, the mentioned drive mode has high efficient and energy-saving properties.
