| 摘 要： | 时分一同步码分多址（Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access, TD-SCDMA）是ITU批准的3G标准之一，TD—SCDMA在频谱利用率、业务支持的灵活性、频率使用灵活性及成本等方面有独特优势。文章介绍TD—SCDMA几个关键技术，并深入讨论TD—SCDMA系统规划。
