稀土氧化物弥散强化镍基超合金粉末的机械合金化研究

摘    要:本文用X-射线、电子探针对稀土氧化物弥散强化镍基超合金粉末的机械合金进行了研究。实验表明:采用机械合金化可以使粉末实现合金化,同时也可使超细的稀土氧化物均匀分布于基体中。但这种合金化是不充分的,存在一定的微区成分偏离,这种偏离可以用微型扩散偶解释。且这种偏离可以通过热成型及固溶处理显著降低或消除。

Abstract:By use of X-ray and electronic probe the paper studied the rare-earth oxide disper-sion strengthened nicked-based superalloy by meachonical alloying, all kinds of ingredient powdercan be alloyed to make a matrix structure with tine rare-earth oxide dispersed on it. The paper alseexplain the ingredient divergence caused by mechanical alloying process with a microseopic diffusiondipole model, Addifionally it point out that this kind of ingredient divergence can be reduced or elini-nated by hot froming and solid solution treatment.
