| Abstract: | Ahhougb China＇s Criminal Procedure establishes the party status of the victims, its theoretical foundation has not been fully revealed. This article exames it from the perspective of the value of the analysis of the system in order to further improve the system＇s theory, in order to achieve a better theoretical guiding role in practice. |
