| 摘 要： | 大学生党建工作是高校培养优秀人才，对青年学生进行政治素质教育的重要环节。新时期，大学生党建工作出现了一些新问题，它对加强和改进大学生党建提出了更加紧迫的要求。在对当前大学生党建工作的现状进行了客观、详细的分析，提出了构建大学生党建工作机制的有效措施，以期增强大学生党建工作的针对性、主动性、实效性，更好地推进大学生党建工作的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Party comstruction among college students is a crucial way to cultivate talents, and to perform political education. In the new era, there are some new problems in Party construction among college student, which need urgent intensification and inprovement of the construticn work. In order to improve the pertinence, initiation and effectiveness of the work and ensure a healthy development of the Party constrution, this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction work and puts forward suggestions for the working mechanism. |
