| Abstract: | Chinese judicial compensation idea should be an organic part including good idea, equality idea, order idea, fairness and justice and efficiency idea. Chinese judicial compensation system should try to construct new legal cultures, including fights-type legal culture, power-restriction-type legal culture, procedure-justice-type legal culture and belief-type legal culture. Thus, it can give impetus to Chinese judicial compensation system for a good turning. |
