软磁材料矫顽力的高精度测量方法研究

摘    要:软磁材料的矫顽力一般分布于零点附近,一方面,在零外加磁场状态下,测量易受到噪声的干扰;另一方面,相对使之达到饱和所施加的最大磁场而言,软磁材料矫顽力的分辨率受到一定的限制。提出一种延迟外推的方法,高精度地估算软磁材料的矫顽力。

Abstract:The coercivity of soft magnetic materials is generally near to zero point. On the first hand, in the conditions of near-zero applied field, the results of measurement are often coupled by noise; on the other hand, compared to maximum applied field for saturation magnetization, the resolution of the coercivity of soft magnetic materials becomes low. The paper presents a method of delay extrapolation for high-resolution estimation of the coercivity.
