高压脉冲DC电场破乳技术研究

摘    要:W/O型乳化液的静电聚结破乳技术在石油开采、石油炼制、液膜分离等领域应用非常广泛。讨论了采用“高压脉冲DC电场+绝缘涂层电极”进行破乳过程的作用机理,并阐述了国内外基于高压脉冲DC电场而研发的旋转式静电聚结器、静电预原油脱水器、非旋转式电破乳器等电场力和离心力组合作用的连续式电破乳器产品。虽然“高压脉冲DC电场+绝缘涂层电极”组合具有一定的优点,但至今在石油开采领域并未得到工业化推广应用,人们尚需针对高压脉冲DC电场和高压AC电场的破乳性能进行进一步的对比研究。

Abstract:The technology of breaking water-in-oil emulsion based on electrostatic coalescence is widely used in oil exploration, oil refining and liquid membrane separation. In this paper, the mechanism of emulsion breaking adopting high-voltage pulsed DC electric field combined with insulated electrode coating were discussed in detail, and several continuous electrocoalescer-separator developed based on high-voltage pulsed DC electric field which utilize both electrostatic force and centrifugal force of the dispersed phase were introduced systematically, such as continuous spinning electrostatic coalescer, electro-pulse inductive eoalescer, centrifugal electroeoalescerseparator and etc.. Although the technology based on the combination of high-voltage pulsed DC electric field with insulated electrode coating has certain advantages, it has not been applied on the industrial scale. Therefore, more attention should be paid into the comparative study of emulsion breaking ability between high-voltage pulsed DC electric field and high-voltage AC electric field.
