摘    要:本文以普通小麦中国春细胞核置换到小麦属和山羊草属不同细胞质的19种稳定的同核异质置换系为材料,研究了异源细胞质对普通小麦剑叶光合特性的影响,并对筛选出的几种高光合率细胞质材料进行了其它性状的分析比较,结果表明:节节麦,卵圆山羊草,拟斯卑尔脱山羊草和单芒山羊草细胞质是生产上比较有利用前途的材料。

Abstract:With the nineteen stable homonucleo-alloplasmic substitution lines obtained by substi-tuting the cell nuclei of Triticum aestivus L. Chinese Spring (CS) for those of the different spe-cies of Triticum and Aegilops, the authors studied the effects of allocytoplasm onphotosynthetic characteristics of the flag leaf of common wheat, and then carried out a seriesof comparative analyses in the fertility of pollen, major agronomic traits, growth habits,disease resistance, low temperature resistance in seeding stage, developmental stages ang theprotein content of seeds of some substitution lines with higher photosynthetic rate. The resultsindicated that the cytoplasms of Ae. squarrosa, Ae. ovata, Ae. speltoides (k) andAe.uniaristata were of greater applied value.
