| Abstract: | This paper introduced a kind of analytical method of neon,oxygen,and nitrogen in high purity helium by means of direct injection on GC-TCD,it solved the problem of test of neon in high purity helium.This method has made the breakthrough in technology for analysis of high purity helium.This technology is worth of spreading. |
