摘 要: | 本文针对传统液压调速系统对油液要求高、污染严重的问题,设计了体积小、无污染、易于维护的全电动调速器;调速器以DSP为数字控制核心,基于H桥脉宽调制(PWM)控制原理驱动电机运行,用高可靠性、高精度的旋转变压器进行位置检测,对阀门进行精确定位;本设计能够很好的满足调速器系统的性能指标,响应速度快,可靠性高。

Abstract: | There are two problems of traditional hydraulic speed control system,which are serious pollution and high requirement for oiling quality respectively, so we design a All-electric speed controller, it has characteristics of small volume,no pollution and easy maintenance.Speeder used DSP as the core of digital control,the control principle based on the H-bridge pulse width modulation (PWM) drived the motor running, and a resolver with high-reliability, high-precision was used to detect position for accurate positioning of the valve.This design can satisfy the performance index of speed control system,fast response,and high reliability, |
