基于紫外脉冲法的便携式绝缘子放电检测仪研制

摘    要:随着电力系统电压等级的提高,电力设备的绝缘问题显得越来越重要。本文对目前存在的绝缘子放电检测方法进行了比较,分析了各自的优缺点,并针对绝缘子在放电时能产生日盲型紫外线的原理,设计了一种便携式的紫外型绝缘子放电检测仪,该检测仪充分考虑了环境温湿度、磁场,以及探测距离对探测结果的影响。通过利用该检测仪对明火及紫外灯等做模拟实验,并和UVC254紫外线强度计做了对比,证明了该设备的有效性。

Abstract:With the development of power system voltage levels increasing,the insulation of power equipment becomes more and more important.The paper compares the insulator discharge detection methods which are used at present,analyzes their disadvantages and advantages,and proposes a portable discharge detector for insulator based on the truth that the insulator can produce solar-blind ultraviolet in the discharge.The detector considers the influence of environmental temperature and humidity,magnetic field,and the detection distance to the detection results completely.Through doing simulation experiments on fi re and UV lamp,and making a comparison with the UVC254 ultraviolet intensity meter,the effectiveness of the equipment is proved.
