摘    要:为保障电动助力转向系统助力转向轻便安全,针对电动助力转向系统关键部件之一的转矩传感器进行了控制系统故障自诊断技术研究;对转向系统的工作原理与故障模式进行了深入分析,基于转矩传感器故障模式对EPS控制系统进行了转矩传感器故障诊断功能程序设计;提出了一种监测转矩传感器信号异常的控制方法;文章对控制系统故障诊断研究具有一定的参考价值,对不同类型的EPS系统研究具有实际应用价值。

Abstract:To ensure autorail driving safety of electric power steering system,the fault self-diagnosis function in EPS system was studied.The work principle and failure mode of the EPS system were analysised.The fault self-diagnosis program of the steering wheel torque sensor was designed,the failure treatment strategy was researched from the Angle of fault classification processing.The EPS products applied by this strategy gained more superior safety performance.The thesis has good application value for different types of EPS system.
