土壤中砷的形态分析方法研究及应用

摘    要:用高效液相色谱-氢化物发生-原子荧光法分离和测定土壤中As(Ⅲ)、DMA、MMA、As(Ⅴ),考察(NH4)2HPO4溶液浓度、pH值、流速对分离的影响,HG-AFS分析条件对峰信号的影响及不同提取剂对土壤中砷形态的提取效果,在确定好各种操作参数下各组分在13min内得到很好的分离,检出限0.43-0.67μg/L,样品加标回收率89.9%~104.5%,相对标准偏差4.88%~6.52%,样品提取率73.5%~82.7%。

Abstract:A new method for rapid separation and determination of As( Ⅲ),DMA,MMA,As( Ⅴ) in soil was studied with HPLC-HG-AFS.The solution concentration,pH value and velocity of diammonium phosphate for separation infl uence were examined.The infl uence of analysis condition of Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry on peak signal,and infl uence of different solvent extraction on extraction effect of arsenic speciation in soil were analyzed,according to operation parameter to separate.Rusults showed that satisfactory separation was achieved within 13 min.The detection limit is 0.43-0.67 μg/L,recovery rate is 89.4-103%,relative standard deviation is 4.88%-6.52%,extraction rate for sample is 74.4%~83.3%.
