非接触位置传感器的电磁感应系统设计

摘    要:感应式非接触位置传感器在工业领域应用十分广泛。电磁感应系统是感应式位置传感器的核心部件。详细说明了电磁感应系统的原理以及在实际位置传感器中的检测方式,设计了一个电磁感应系统模型并分析其原理。并利用电磁场有限元分析软件Ansoft Maxwell对该电磁感应系统进行仿真分析。探究相关影响因素,并得到合适的电磁感应系统方案。

Abstract:Non-contact inductive linear position sensor is widely used in the industrial field.The principle of electromagnetic induction and the detection method of position sensor in practice are described.An electromagnetic induction system model was designed,and its detailed the principle was analyzed.The model of electromagnetic field was simulated and analyzed by using the FEM Ansoft Maxwell.Related factors were explored,then the appropriate electromagnetic induction system solution was obtained to provide a stable,accurate signal.
