硅藻土表面改性及填充橡胶研究进展

摘    要:硅藻土具有较大的比表面积,良好的吸附性及较强的化学稳定性,可广泛应用于食品、环保、化工等行业。为了满足特殊吸附以及填充复合材料的需要,硅藻土需经过改性才能达到良好的效果,本文对硅藻土表面改性技术进行了综述,阐述了硅藻土填充橡胶研究进展,硅藻土在橡胶中可代替白炭黑,具有较好的补强作用。

Abstract:Diatomite has a larger specific surface area, good adsorption and strong chemical stability, which can be widely used in food, environmental protection, chemical industry, etc. In order to meet the needs of specific adsorption and filled composites, diatomite has been modified to achieve a good effect, the article of diatomaceous earth surface modification are reviewed; At the same time, this paper expounds the diatomaceous earth filling rubber research progress of diatomite can instead of white carbon black in rubber, has good reinforcing effect.
