| 摘 要： | 剖析了MC68HC908JL8单片机的内监控ROM的一个重要特性:虚拟EEPROM。它使用Flash存储区模拟EEPROM按字节读写功能,从而提高了Flash的使用效率并延长其使用寿命。文章阐述了MC68HC908JL8监控ROM中EE_WRITE例程的使用方法,随后简要介绍监控ROM机器码的读出方法并给出了监控例程中EE_WRITE子例程的机器码,在此基础上,对机器码反汇编并进行分析,得出了EE_WRITE具体实现的流程。此方法可供嵌入式系统应用开发者借鉴应用于具有Flash存储器的MCU开发中。

| Abstract: | One of the most important features of MC68HC908JL8MON-ROM,emulate the properties similar to EEP-ROM,is researched in this paper.Write and erase Flash memory can be executed on a byte basIs,which allowing a more efficient use of the Flash page for data storage and length its using life.An example is introduced to illustrate the method of using resident routine EE_WRITE.The machine code of resident routine is read and disassembled before an-alyzing.The flow chat of how the resident EEPROM implemented is given.Application developers in embedded system can apply the method to other MCU with Flash memory. |
