铝阳极氧化膜在亚铁盐溶液中的电解着色

摘    要:在亚铁盐溶液中添加渗透剂JF制备了Fe盐铝电解着色膜。用分光光度计测量了铁在氧化膜中的含量,讨论了着色液中各组分及电解参数对着色的影响。试验结果表明只有在含有JF的亚铁盐溶液中才能在氧化膜中沉积铁,膜的颜色随氧化膜中铁的含量增加而加深,但不成正比关系,真黑色的膜难以得到。

Abstract:Fe electrolytic coloring oxide film were prepared in ferrous sulfate solufion with JF.Effects of individual components of electrolytic solution.and parameters on coloring are stated.Fe-content in the oxide film was measured by using spectroscopic analysis.Tests show Fe was deposited in porous alumina only in ferrous solution with JF,and the color of the oxide film darkens gradually with the Fe-content in the oxide film,but their relation is not a simple linear rule and the real black can not be gained.
