配气机构冲击振动的数值模拟

摘    要:本文以某汽车内燃机配气机构为研究对象,在假设凸轮与挺杆为"赫芝"接触的情况下,对配气机构建立了多质量动力学模型.在动力学模型方程中,运用了将恢复系数等效成"冲击阻尼因子"的碰撞理论,模拟了凸轮与挺杆的"飞脱"和气门与气门座的冲击反跳过程,获得了与实测比较一致的配气机构动力学数值结果.

Abstract:A multi-mass dynamic model was established for a valve train of a automotive diesel engine on the assumption that cam and tappet are in Hertzian contact. In the model jump of tappet from cam and bounce of valve against valve seat are simulated with impact theory in which coefficient of restitution is equivalent to impact damping factor. Simulated numerical results were in good agreement with measured ones.
