摘    要:目的建立力学模型,研究橡胶隔震支座稳定性结构体系安全问题.方法基于橡胶支座拉伸应力应变关系曲线,提出了双刚度与原点拉伸刚度应力应变两个计算模型,分析了橡胶支座弹塑性拉伸性能的恢复力模型.结果提出了评价橡胶支座拉伸性能的“3G评价准则”,并采用低弹性天然橡胶和铅芯橡胶支座试件进行了试验研究.建立的计算模型和评价准则所计算的结果与实测值具有良好的一致性.结论工程设计中橡胶支座在拉伸应力不超过3G的条件下,支座具有稳定可靠的力学性能,确保隔震结构处于安全状态.

Abstract:In order to grasp the tension properties of rubber bearings,and to establish the mechanics model and value criterion,the new computation models of bi-stiffness stress-strain and origin tension stiffness stress-strain are proposed,based on tension stress-strain curve of rubber bearings,and the hysteretic model is put forward too for analyzing the tensile properties.The "3G value criterion" is provided to test the tensile properties of rubber bearings in engineering.The experimental research is performed with nature rubber bearings and lead plug rubber bearings in order to verify the new model.All test results show that the computation model and value criterion established in the paper are effective theories in analyzing the tension property of rubber bearings.The rubber bearings have stable mechanics properties when tension stress is no more than 3G.
