摘    要:基于质量守恒、动量守恒和能量守恒原理,并结合脱碳动力学,建立了真空精炼(VD)处理过程中钢液流动和脱碳过程相耦合的数学模型.用该模型模拟研究了各工艺因素对VD精炼脱碳过程的影响.模拟结果可为VD精炼脱碳工艺的制定和优化提供指导依据.

Abstract:Based on mass, momentum and energy conservations and combined with decarburization kinetics, a coupled mathematical model describing the processes of molten steel flow and decarburization was built. The effect of various process factors on decarburization process in VD was studied by the model and the optimizing decarburization process in VD can be obtained.
