摘    要:该方法是在四球机逐级加载条件下测定润滑油摩擦系数,磨损量和失效负荷的一种试验方法,论述在四球机上等效采用美国试验与材料协会标准ASTM D5183-95(用四球磨损试验机测定润滑油摩擦系数的试验方法)的过程,讨论应用该方法对不同类型油品的区分能力和油品添加剂之间的相互作用机理,试验结果表明,当需要同时考察油品添加剂的减摩,抗磨和极压性能时,该方法可以灵敏地反映出添加剂配方的变化对减摩,抗磨和极压性能所产生的作用效果,是一种快速,简捷,有效的试验室模拟试验方法。

Abstract:It is a test method for determining the friction coefficient,wear extent and failure duty of lube oil under step loading condition on four ball apparatus.The process of adopting equivalently ASTM D5183-95 on four ball apparatus is described.The distinguishing ability on oils with different types and the interaction mechanism among additives by using this method are discussed. Test results show that this method,a kind of rapid,simple and effective laboratory simulation test method,can reflect sensitively the action effect of additive formulation on the properties of wear-reducing,wear-resisting and EP while it is necessary to investigate these properties of additives.
