| Abstract: | This module includes a brief introduction to mathematical modeling; an example on the shape of a Coca Cola can, exercises, exam problems, teamwork project, and reading materials. Comments on how to organize and teach this module are also given. This module can be used by teachers for penetrating ideas and methods of mathematical modeling through into the teaching of calculus. |
