养护温度对低水灰比的掺粉煤灰外加剂砂浆强度增长的影响

摘    要:抗压强度为1、3、28天和60天的低水灰比掺粉煤灰外加剂的砂浆试件,在不同温度养护条件下的试验结果表明,当养护温度低于40℃时,波特兰水泥砂浆的早期强度随着温度上升而增大,但在第7天后,混凝土强度增长缓慢。当温度高于85℃时,后期强度下降。掺粉煤灰的砂浆,强度随着温度升高而平稳增长。60天之后的粉煤灰砂浆的强度,高于不掺粉煤炭外加剂的砂浆。由于结构混凝土内温度较高,在标准条件20℃养护的混凝土强度不能反映结构混凝土的真正强度。

Abstract:Samples of Mortar with varied low w/c and varied blending fiy-ash dosages are cured at differenttemperature, compressive strength of those are test on 1st dsy, 3rd day, 28th day and 60th day. It was shown trom results that for mortar with only portland cement, the earlier strength of increased with temperature when the curingtemperature was less than 40℃, but sloWly after 7th day. When temperature was highe as 85℃, the later strengthbecame retrogress. For mortar blended with fly ash, strength increased with ages all along even at higher temperature. The higher the temperature, the highe the strength of mortar blended with fly ash. Strength of mortar blendedwith fly ash is higher than that of mortar with no blended after 60th day. Because of higher temperature evlution inStructural concrete, strength of concrete curing at present standard condition (20℃) could not reflect the realstrength of strutural concrete.
