| 摘 要： | 通过分析水资源污染的危害性，提出了开发基于Web GIS的污染源预警及应急系统的必要性。介绍了此系统的需求目标，在此基础上阐述了系统的体系结构、数据组织方式以及系统主要功能，系统采用三层结构设计方法，在mapinfo基础上利用Visual Basic 6.0和ASP进行二次开发，实现对水资源污染的综合管理和远程预警。
