| Abstract: | Analyse the features of mineral resources, introduce a new concept, the aroused resources, and discuss the three primary economic acts-the deduction of depreciation charge, the deduction of preceding costs and the full utilization of remnant value of a mine, with which the aroused resources will be recovered. And they have high economical and social effects on a mine with the features of our country. |
