长沙卷烟厂出口烟车间空调除尘系统的设计和运行

卷烟厂卷接包车间空调系统根据节能要求设计，采用表冷器和干蒸汽加湿替代传统的喷淋室和表冷器的处理方式，利用滤筒式过滤器对空气进行高效过滤。空调器采用分散式布置，通过台数控制实现变风量运行。空调系统全部采用ＤＤＣ控制、运行效果良好，符合设计要求。

HVAC design and operating of a cigarette workshop in Changsha Cigarette Factory

Describes design of the air conditioning and ventilation system for a cigarette workshop in Changsha Cigarette Factory, performed based on the requirement for energy efficiency. In the air conditioning system, the combination of cooling coils with dry vapour humidifiers is substituted for the conventionally adopted spray chamber and cooling coils combination,and high efficient cartridge filters are used to purify the air from the processing space, the air conditioners are arranged separately in the workshop to realize VAV operation by controlling the number of running machines. This HVAC system is corporated with direct digital control. The operating effect proves to be satisfactory and agree with the design requirement.
