不同配比生物质粉与煤粉混合物的高压密相气力输送压降实验研究

摘    要:在自主研发的高压密相气力输送实验台上进行不同配比的生物质粉与煤粉混合物的输送实验,对比分析输送不同物料时,直管和弯头等管段的阻力特性,研究结果表明生物质粉与煤粉混合物在此系统上可以稳定、可控输送。在固气体积比μv相差不大的情况下,直管和弯管的压降随着表观气速的增加而增大;表观气速相同时,粉体中煤粉配额增大,各管段压降随之增大。此外,根据Barth附加压力损失理论,运用量纲分析法,考虑气体与粉体密度以及输送几何条件等对压降的影响,得到了各管段的压降回归公式,此公式有较好的预测效果。

Abstract:The experiment of dense phase pneumatic conveying of rice husk powder and blendings of rice husk and coal powder was carried out in an independent development pneumatic conveying system,resistance properties of straight pipe and bend pipe were studied.Results indicate that dense phase conveying of rice husk powder and blendings of rice husk and coal powder could be smoothly and controllably operated.At the approximate same solids/gas volume ratio,the total pressure drop of straight pipe and bend pipe both increase with increasing of superficial gas velocity;at the same superficial gas velocity,the total pressure drop of straight pipe and bend pipe both increase with increasing of coal proportion in blendings.Further,according to Barth’s additional pressure drop theory,by dimensional analysis,dense phase pneumatic conveying pressure drop regression formulas of pulverized rice husk and coal were respectively proposed taking account of gas density and properties of powder,and the predicted results are in accordance with the experimentals.
