摘    要:高压断路器在电力系统中起着重要的控制和保护作用,对电网安全运行非常重要。对高压断路器的概念进行简单介绍,并对其振动信号特点及原理进行了分析。针对目前高压断路器机械故障监测方法出现的各种弊端,研制出一种基于振动信号分析的断路器机械故障监测装置,该装置通过对振动信号进行小波变换分析能有效对断路器的运行状态和故障进行准确、及时、自动监测识别,同时能够实现故障前告警,对调整高压断路器运行状态,保证高压断路器的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。

Abstract:High-voltage circuit breakers play an important control and protection role in the power system,and are very important for the safe operation of the power grid.This article firstly briefly introduces the concept of high-voltage circuit breakers,and analyzes the characteristics and principles of vibration signals.In view of the various shortcomings of the current high-voltage circuit breaker mechanical fault monitoring methods,a circuit breaker mechanical fault monitoring device based on vibration signal analysis is developed.This device can effectively analyze the operation status and performance of the circuit breaker by performing wavelet transform analysis on the vibration signal accurate,timely and automatic monitoring and identification of faults.At the same time,it can realize pre-fault alarms,which has significance for adjusting the operating state of high-voltage circuit breakers and for ensuring the safe and stable operation of high-voltage circuit breakers.
