分子印迹聚合物针式萃取装置的制备及工业废水中多氯联苯的检测

摘    要:3,4-二氯苯基乙酸为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,通过原位聚合法,制备分子印迹聚合物涂层纤维填充的针式萃取装置,将其用于工业废水中多氯联苯的分析检测。对分子印迹聚合物涂层的功能单体等合成条件进行优化,在最优条件下,PCB28和PCB52在0.02~500 μg/L,PCB118、PCB153和PCB180在0.05~500 μg/L范围内呈现了良好的线性关系,并且相关系数(r)在0.9912和0.9959之间,检出限为0.0045~0.014 μg/L。制备的分子印迹聚合物针式萃取装置有较高的萃取效率,可以特异性吸附复杂样品中的多氯联苯,加标回收率为90.89%~98.93%,RSDs?9.3%。

Abstract:The molecularly imprinted polymer coating fibers with 3, 4-dichlorophenylacetic acid as template molecule, methacrylic acid as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslink agent, 2, 2'-Azobis(2-methylpropionitrile) as initiator were obtained by in-situ polymerization method. And they were filled into a stainless steel needle to prepare the NTD for analysis of polychlorinated biphenyls in industrial wastewater. The synthesis conditions of molecularly imprinted polymer coating, such as functional monomer were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of PCB28 and PCB52 was 0.02~500 μg/L, and that of PCB118, PCB153 and PCB180 was 0.05~500 μg/L. The correlation coefficient (r) was between 0.9912 and 0.9959, and the detection limit was between 0.0045~0.014 μg/L. The prepared NTD with molecularly imprinted polymer coating can selectively adsorb PCBs in complex samples with high extraction efficiency. The spiked recoveries were 90.89%~98.93% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 9.3%.
