基于改进蝙蝠算法的风蓄联合优化运行研究

摘    要:由于风电的波动性和不确定性,大规模并网将对电力系统稳定运行产生较大的影响。将风电和抽水蓄能电站联合优化运行,以输出功率标准差最小为目标函数,建立了风电-抽水蓄能联合优化运行模型。风蓄联合优化运行模型是一个典型的高维、非线性优化问题,涉及复杂的风电、水电多决策变量。为有效解决这一问题,引入佳点集方法对蝙蝠算法进行改进,分别通过粒子群算法、蝙蝠算法、改进蝙蝠算法模型进行了求解。最后通过算例验证了改进蝙蝠算法的有效性,证明了风电-抽水蓄能联合优化运行模型的可行性,可有效缓解风电并网的局限性。

Abstract:Due to the volatility and uncertainty of wind power,large-scale grid connection will have a great impact on the stable operation of the power system.The combined optimal operation of wind power and pumped storage power plants,with the minimum standard deviation of output power as the objective function,establishes a combined optimized operation model of wind power and pumped storage.The wind storage joint optimization operation model is a typical high-dimensional,nonlinear optimization problem,involving complex multi-decision variables of wind power and hydropower.In order to effectively solve this problem,it introduces the good point set method to improve the bat algorithm.It solves the model through particle swarm optimization,bat algorithm,and improved bat algorithm.The effectiveness of the improved bat algorithm is verified by a numerical example,and the feasibility of the combined optimization operation model of wind power and pumped storage is proved,which can effectively alleviate the limitations of wind power grid connection.
