| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了采用全自动黏度仪测定悬浮法PVC树脂平均聚合度的原理、操作步骤及数据计算方法。通过试验对比研究了全自动黏度仪及人工手动测得的PVC树脂平均聚合度数据,结果表明全自动黏度仪法较手动检测法操作简便、快捷,测定结果精度高,在PVC行业具有推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | An automatic viscometer was used to determine the average polymerization degree of PVC resins.The average polymerization degree data of PVC resins measured by automatic viscometer and manually were compared and studied by experiments.The results showed that the automatic viscometer method was easier and faster than the manual detection method,and the accuracy of the measurement results was high.The automatic viscometer method was worthy of popularization and application in PVC industry. |
