综合医院建筑的流线系统研究

以系统的观念和方法来研究医院建筑。本论文是基于医院分级系统基础之上的流线系统研究，综合医院流线系统是综合医院大系统中的一个子系统。综合医院的内外交通流线组织对建筑的总体布局、功能分区、面积分配、功能流程和空间设计等方面起决定性的作用。以系统的观点分析医院的流线组织，目的在于构建医院各级功能框架，寻找各功能组团之间的关系，进行量化评价并确立其之间的关系。具体方法是依据医院分级系统，以动态流线为主，静态流线为辅，从医院系统的最高级到最基本的工作单元层层剖析．从而建立一套自上而下的完整流线体系．使医院建设真正达到理性设计的目标。

The Study about The Flow System of General Hospital

Systemic methodology will be applicable to study hospital building. This Paper was written based on hospital grade system. The flow system of general hospital is one of the sub-system in general hospital system. The internal and external flow system will take decision role in the aspects of master-plan; functional division; area allot; functional and space program. To analyses the flow organization by the view of system, in order to build up the hierarchy of functional levels; to show the interrelationship between each functional group; to evaluate hospital quality with quantity. In the end, we attempt to build up a comprehensive flow system from the highest level to basic work unit, by means of concept of dynamic and static flow. The target for reasonable design quality for the hospital construction will come true.
