| 摘 要： | 空运服务供应商分为客运和货运两个方面,如何正确、合理地评价和选择适合自己的空运服务供应商一直是旅客和货运代理商所关心的问题.利用模糊评价模型,针对客运和货运分别选择不同的评判指标体系,不但可以对单个空运服务供应商给与客观的评价,而且可以利用最大隶属度原则,从众多空运服务供应商中选择出满意度最高的供应商.

| Abstract: | There are two parts for service providers of air transportation,one is passenger transport and the other is freight.How to evaluate and select the providers exactly is always a concerned problem for customers and cargo agencies.With the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,different evaluation indice could be chosen.It can not only evaluate the providers objectively,but also can select the most satisfactory one according to the maximum subordination principle. |
